Chandler Kohn

Vice President – Investment Banking

Chandler is a Vice President of Capstone Financial Group and guides clients throughout the project lifecycle. He is involved in first-round due diligence including client valuation and financial analysis as well as defining the investment pitch across initial marketing materials. Chandler leads business and technical fit discussions daily and manages second-round due diligence across the business, legal, financial and regulatory analysis. He is also actively involved in the negotiation of purchase/sale agreements for both buy-side and sell-side clients. Prior to joining Capstone Financial Group, Chandler was a Strategy Consultant for Accenture. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and an MS in Finance from Tulane University. As a coastal resident, he spends much of his time outside of the office fishing Charleston, South Carolina’s unique water system, or playing golf.
